Cup O’ Coffee is one of Lush’s exfoliating masks that can be used both on the face and body. It’s made from actual ground coffee. Lush claims that the ingredients in this mask refresh you skin, deep cleanse and leave your skin feeling soft, clean and wonderfully fragrant. It comes in two sizes - 150g and 325g. I bought it after learning about the benefits of coffee for the skin. The caffeine in the coffee is known to have good skin benefits such as reducing redness and inflammation. It also stimulates circulation which results in brighter and glowing skin. 

The smell is very strong so for all the coffer lovers out there, this is an absolutely amazing product for you. Though I am more of a tea person, I can’t get over how delicious this mask smells. It has a thick consistency. You will find chunky ground coffee granules in the mask which might be a little rough for some people with sensitive skin when scrubbing, however don’t worry as it doesn’t leave your skin looking all red. Instead, it does in fact reduce the redness. Honesty, this product works wonders for me. It has left my skin feeling nothing but deeply hydrated, smooth, fresh and clean. I also noticed my pores have minimised. It has an amazing exfoliating power. It literally wakes your dull, tight skin up and helps to calm it.

I apply a generous portion after a hot shower, using The Body Shop blusher brush (there are times I use my hand, however it gets real messy). Then I leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water. Don’t forget to gently massage and scrub your face in order to get the benefits of the coffee granules.

I am not gonna lie, it’s absolutely one of my favourite products from Lush. If you want something to give you an instant boost, this mask is definitely for you. Also, if you go to any of Lush’s stores and ask for a sample of a certain product, they will happily give you one for free in a teeny tiny pot. Another reason why I LOVE LUSH so much.
