The Body Shop Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Facial Oil Review

10:51 pm

When I first came across this product, I hesitated a lot because of the word “oil”. I thought if I added this product to my skincare routine, it would clog my pores which might cause me to deal with blackheads and breakouts. With my teeny tiny research, I decided to give it a try and I am on my 3rd bottle already.

Despite the name, facial oils have a lot of benefits. It makes your skin super duper soft and glowy. Adding them to your skin routine can give your skin a gorgeous and healthier look. It helps to minimise wrinkles and reduce the signs of ageing.

The product has a wonderfully pleasant herbal scent. Infused with three cold pressed seed oils: camellia seed oil from China, rose hip seed oil from Chile and black cumin seed oil from Egypt, in order to preserve their intensely revitalising and repairing properties. Its very light weight and absorbs quickly and easily. My skin appears smoother, more radiant, nourished and leaves a velvety soft finish. I use it twice a day before applying my daily moisturising cream. With 2-3 drops on your palm, gently massage your face and don’t forget to give some love to your neck.

The cost is quite pricey but its worth investing in good skin products which not only benefits your skin, also last for quite a long time. If you have been hesitating for some time whether to purchase this product or not, I’d definitely recommend you to give it a try. I can assure you that it hasn’t caused any breakouts on my acne prone skin and that it suits all skin types. It doesn’t leave you with any kind of heavy feeling or greasiness.

Love,
Rosh
