In case you are unaware about Lush’s 5 Pots/Bottles Program, they offer their costumers the opportunity to return 5 empty, clean black LUSH pots or bottles to any of their local shop for recycling and they will give you a fresh face mask for free. 

So recently, I picked up Cupcake which is one of their fresh face masks. Honestly speaking, I was meant to give it to my man but then he chose to go for Cup O’Coffee. And I also wanted to give it a try after what the sales person told us that its “the best selling product in the UK”. I am not sure about that but I love LUSH and I am obsessed with their products, I have tried couple of theirs fresh face masks before and I wanted to try something new. 

This product can be really messy when applied. It does have a strong smell like chocolatey rosy aroma as well thicker consistency.  All you need to do is apply a generous layer onto your face and leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm or cold water. 

When I applied for the first time, I didn’t like it much. However, when I started to use more often, I noticed how it clears out clogged pores and giving me that smooth and soft touch. Although its kind of aimed at teenagers, I personally think everyone can benefit from it, from  those with dry to troubled skin. Make sure to store any fresh face masks in the refrigerator as all of the ingredients are 100% fresh and also it helps you extend your expiration date.
